Training and development
Training and development are taken very seriously at Brooks Macdonald. The firm has a full-time Head of Personal Development who is responsible for ensuring that every member of staff identifies and receives the training that they need to be effective in their role and to prepare them for future roles. Everyone is encouraged to take relevant exams in order to provide further structure to their learning.
Brooks Macdonald believes that combining both structured and adhoc learning opportunities means that staff are able to develop the skills, knowledge and attitude necessary for the continued success of the business in serving our clients. Our results evidence the impact of our approach.
All staff are given a personal development budget each year to spend on acquiring skills over and above what is needed for their role at Brooks Macdonald.
